Your labels and wraps are being produced on high quality machines
Label production is being realized on flexoprint rotary machines made by NILPETER, these are regarded as the best in its category. The input material is a disc of non-printed material which is later on printed by the machine and cut into a particular desired form. The outcome is a final label without the grid. In case of producing sleeves, the input is a plastic wrap band which is printed in the machine according to graphics provided by the client and later on it is linked into the sleeve. The final production is in the form of a rolling according to final disc or number of labels. During this phase, our company uses machines Rotoflex and Grafotronik, which are equipped by automatic quality control. The final processing of sleeves machines DCM and BABYCAT are used.
