Quality Policy

Company Alfopa, spol. s r.o. Košice ranks among the pioneers of new printing technologies in Slovakia, producing self-sticking labels in the disc and decorative labels made of heat-shrinkable foil – so called sleeves.

Main goal of company Alfopa refers to provision of products to our customers according to their requirements and achievement of satisfaction of all involved parties.

In order to reach the above mentioned goal:

1.Top Management of company Alfopa pays attention and creates the sources for continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) developed and certified pursuant to requirements of the standard STN EN ISO 9001:2000.

2.To ensure supplies based on our customers‘ requirements and their satisfaction, we pay extraordinary attention to customer requirements survey on required products. We accept only orders we are able to provide for in compliance with customer requirements, taking into account their subsequent feedback.

3.Employees represent the basis of company Alfopa, thus we carefully select our labor force and provide for its professional development so as the employees contribute to production and service provision to our customers.

4.To achieve high quality of our products, we need input raw material of high quality. Therefore, we pay attention to selection of our suppliers and business partners and maintain correct business relationships with them.

5.Technology equipment of our production lines significantly affects our product quality, thus we provide for periodical evaluation of operation infrastructure in order to be able to meet our customers‘ requirements.

6.Planning and implementing the future development of company Alfopa, we take into account environmental effects of our activities, joining successful business with maintained conformance to environmental protection requirements.

7.Customer satisfaction refers to our priority and the criterion of success of company Alfopa.
