Flexoprint – printing technology for quality self-sealing labels

Flexoprint is a direct printing technology during which the color is printed directly onto the printed material and later on it is dried out. This technique is more suitable for printing polychrome surfaces, mostly because the advantage of the usage of soft printing blocks without watering to offset. This is the reason for flexoprint acquiring a high market share. Alfopa, spol. s r.o. Košice was the first company in Slovakia to start production of self-sealing labels on flexoprint machines Nilpeter and even nowadays gains from the thorough experience and knowledge of materials and technologies.

A significant increase in quality was ensured by usage of UV colors and paints . Modern flexoprint machines allow us to reach a high degree of print control and to diminish human factor complication.
